Instagram Newbie : Boise Idaho Photographer

November 7, 2014

Man o' man.  For being an IT Analyst, working with computers every single day, you wouldn't think technology would keep winning.  Do you ever feel overwhelmed with your business?  Do I post on Instagram or share on Facebook and why won't my picture save to Twitter and what is the password to my website... shoot, I tried too many times and now I've locked myself out.  OK, no worries click on "I forgot my password".  It's sending me an email.  Great.  Wait... what's my password to my email and on and on and on.

With everything said and done, I love using social media and technology options to share and promote my business.  Blogging is new to me (obviously, I forget to do it after each session and now I have huge gaps of missing time).

Instagram is another new one.  I'm finding I like it alot.  There are lots of options to get your name out there and hashtags are huge.  Can I just say in my day they were pound signs.  Nowadays you say pound sign and they look at you like you have a third eye.

So I will be embracing all of the social media and technology choices.  I have made it my goal  to continue to learn and grow with Facebook, Instagram, blogging, Twitter (although this will be the last one I embrace), website, dropbox and the old stand by email.

Join me on my journey.  We'll have some laughs, we may even shed some tears, but I guarantee I can give you a full ab workout just by the crazy way my brain thinks sometimes.

If you want to follow my shenanigans on Instagram, find me on jeans_photos_and_fitlife.  There is also something called badges.  The directions say to copy and paste here, so here you go... <style>.ig-b- { display: inline-block; }
